Returns & Refunds Policy

At Streetwear Clothing (operated by Echo Shot Ltd), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in compliance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and Google Merchant Center requirements. 

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item. Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to our facility. 

2. Eligibility for Returns (Including Buyer’s Remorse)

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: You changed your mind, the item doesn’t suit you, or it is the wrong size.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: The item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing fault.
  • Incorrect Item: You received a different item than what you ordered. 

Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. 

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email admin@streetwearclothings.store with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide the return shipping address and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyer’s Remorse: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: We will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse your shipping costs if the return is due to our error. 

5. Refund Process and Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether the refund is approved.
  2. Issuance: Approved refunds are processed immediately back to your original payment method.
  3. Timeline: Most refunds appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

6. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
