At Streetwear Clothing (operated by Echo Shot Ltd), we strive to provide a transparent and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping costs at checkout.

2. Order Cutoff Time

• Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (GMT) – Greenwich Mean Time.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing the following business day.

3. Handling & Transit Time

Our total delivery time is estimated at 7 to 10 business days. This is broken down as follows:

• Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
• Transit Time: 6–7 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our facility to your delivery address.

4. Operating Days

Our shipping department operates from Monday to Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK Public Holidays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress directly via the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Address & Redirects

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us at admin@streetwearclothings.store within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
